1. Overview
At Nixace Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and a positive learning experience. We understand that circumstances may change after enrollment and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
This policy applies to all programs offered by Nixace Technologies: the DevOps Master's Program, DevOps Sprint, and DevOps Ground Zero, and covers all payments made to Nixace Technologies regardless of the payment method used, including payments made through the Paytm Payment Gateway on our website, direct bank transfers, UPI, cash, cheque or any other mode of payment accepted by Nixace Technologies.
2. Cancellation Policy
A student may cancel their enrollment and request a refund within 7 calendar days of the date of enrollment. This is defined as the date on which the payment was successfully processed and enrollment was confirmed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to connect@nixacetech.com within the 7-day window.
Requests received after the 7-day cancellation window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Cancellations are accepted regardless of the reason: if a student is unsatisfied or has a change of plans within the first week, they are entitled to withdraw.
Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, Nixace Technologies will acknowledge the request within 2 business days and initiate the refund process.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligible Refunds
Students who cancel within the 7-day window are entitled to a refund of the program fee paid, subject to the following deductions based on the payment method used:
Payments via Paytm Payment Gateway: Refund will be the full fee paid minus any gateway or platform charges deducted by Paytm at the time of the original transaction. Nixace Technologies does not levy any additional charges on top of what Paytm deducts.
Payments made directly to Nixace Technologies (bank transfer, UPI, cash, cheque or any other direct method): Refund will be the full fee paid with no deductions, unless a bank transfer fee or similar charge was incurred, in which case only that charge will be excluded.
The exact refund amount will be communicated to the student in writing at the time of processing.
3.2 Refund Timeline
Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited as follows:
Gateway payments (Paytm): Credited back to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, card, or wallet) used at the time of enrollment. Nixace Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by Paytm's processing timelines or the student's bank.
Direct payments (bank transfer, UPI, cash, cheque): Refunded via bank transfer to an account nominated by the student. Students will be required to provide bank details upon approval of their request.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Cancellation requests submitted after the 7-day window from the date of enrollment
- Students who have attended classes and subsequently request a refund beyond the 7-day window
- Partial refunds for partially completed programs are not offered
- Fees paid toward scholarships, ISAs or special pricing arrangements are subject to the specific terms of those arrangements
- No refunds will be issued for program materials, resources or recordings accessed during the enrollment period
4. How to Request a Cancellation & Refund
To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please follow these steps:
Send an email to connect@nixacetech.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request - [Your Full Name] - [Program Name]".
Include your full name, enrolled program, date of payment and reason for cancellation.
Our team will confirm receipt within 2 business days and communicate the refund amount based on your payment method.
Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days of approval.
5. Payments
Nixace Technologies accepts payments through the following methods:
- Online via Paytm Payment Gateway on www.nixacetech.com
- Direct bank transfer or NEFT/RTGS
- UPI transfer
- Cash or cheque at our Mumbai premises
For payments made through the Paytm Payment Gateway, Paytm's own Terms of Service and processing policies apply in addition to this policy. Nixace Technologies does not store any payment card or bank account information, all gateway payment data is handled securely by Paytm. For gateway-related queries, refer to paytm.com.
For all payment methods, enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt and verification of the payment by Nixace Technologies.
6. Changes to Program Schedule or Structure
Nixace Technologies reserves the right to modify batch schedules, timings or program content. In the event of a significant change that materially affects a student's ability to attend, the student may request a cancellation and full refund regardless of the 7-day window, subject to review by Nixace Technologies management.
In the event a program is discontinued by Nixace Technologies before commencement, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students within 10 business days.
